928Motorsports.com Running SPEC Clutch Sets 216.63537 MPH As Fastest Porsche 928 in the World!

The 928Motorsports.com guys broke the Fastest Porsche 928 record at the Salt Flats recently with a 216.63537 MPH trap speed. The team is coming back next year for more and here is what they had to say, "We fell just 15 MPH short of another record we wanted, for Modified Sports Cars, as the salt condition was poor and we had more HP than traction. I'm taking the car to a wind tunnel in November to find the downforce we need, and we will go back to Bonneville in 2012." Here is the trap speed slip!

SPEC-equipped APD Motorsports TSX gets Dyno Tuned [VIDEO]

MotoIQ Takes a Technical Look at APD's SPEC-equipped Acura TSX

MotoIQ took a technical look at APD's Tuner-Under Class Acura TSX. This TSX actively competes in MotoIQ's Pacific Tuner Car Championship and is the first car specifically built for the series. Before the TSX was competing in the Pacific Tuner Car Challenge, it lived out it's first 99,000 miles as a bone stock vehicle. MotoIQ takes a look at the overhaul necessary to be competitive in the series, and part of that overhaul is the addition of a SPEC lightweight flywheel and clutch.

APD Motorsports Acura TSX in the 2011 MPTCC Round 3

California Speedway was invaded by the MPTCC road racing series this weekend for Round 3 of the 2011 season. The APD Motorsports Acura TSX finished up in 3rd place while running SPEC products.


Yoshihara dominated the race despite a brief fight for the lead with the APD Motosports/Honda Racing Development Acura TSX driven by Brian Smith.

Bisimoto's Honda CR-Z on the Cover of Banzai Magazine
